Miller-Davis Company is seeking a Project Executive to oversee high-impact projects in Northern Michigan, with a home base in Traverse City. This is your opportunity to shape communities, mentor future leaders, and drive excellence in construction.

?? What You'll Do

Represent Miller-Davis at the executive level on all project matters.

Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff.

Oversee project staffing, subcontracting, and performance reviews.

Drive innovation in project management tools and processes.

Champion safety, sustainability, and local subcontractor engagement.

Collaborate with leadership on business development and client relationships.

?? Your First 6 Months

Be onsite at least 3 days per week at Northern Michigan project locations.

Build strong relationships with your teams and community partners.

Establish a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration.

?? What You Bring

10+ years of leadership experience in construction (PM, Superintendent, or similar).

Deep knowledge of contracts, risk management, and construction best practices.

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.

Tech-savvy with project management software and tools.

LEED or other professional certifications are a plus.
