Midwest Community Federal Credit Union is hiring and looking for you! We're hiring FULL-TIME Float Member Service Representatives to help put our members on a path to healthy finances. We're seeking candidates who are punctual, honest, friendly, and have outstanding communication skills. Starting pay is $23.21 an hour

Position Overview:

Float Member Service Representatives may have days scheduled at any location (Defiance, Bryan, Napoleon). Computer literacy is required, and cash handling or banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Overview:

Process member transactions.

Perform end of day procedures.

Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTR)

Balance ATMs and replenish cash.

Open and close member accounts.

Process check holds according to check cashing policy.

Process credit card cash advances.

Debit card applications and file maintenance.

Issue money orders, cashiers checks and other products.

Effectively research and resolve member account issues.

Initiate ACH and Wire transactions.

Promptly and professionally greet, answer and service member requests.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Willing to work at Defiance, Napoleon, and Bryan branches.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to occasionally lift 60 pounds.

May need to stand for long periods of time.
