Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to perform residential and light commercial construction work throughout the Marietta/Parkersburg area. This is a hands-on position involving masonry, concrete, foundation repair, excavation, and drainage projects.

Candidates with previous construction experience are preferred, but pay will be based on experience and skill level.

Pay

$16.00--$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial masonry and concrete work.

Assist with concrete preparation, pouring, finishing, and repair.

Perform foundation repairs and related construction work.

Assist with excavation and site preparation.

Install and repair drainage systems.

Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.

Safely operate hand and power tools.

Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Follow instructions and complete projects efficiently.

Perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements

Valid driver's license required.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Previous construction, masonry, concrete, excavation, or foundation experience is preferred.

Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift and move construction materials and equipment.

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
