We have multiple positions available, including entry-level laborer roles (with training provided) and more experienced bricklayer/wall builder roles. PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Positions Available:

Laborer (Entry-Level, Training Provided)

Bricklayer/Wall Specialist (1+ Year Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

For Laborers:

Assist in the installation of hardscape features, including retaining walls and brick pavers.

Work alongside experienced installers to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience.

Safely operate basic tools and assist with transporting materials to and from job sites.

Prepare the job site, including tasks like digging, clearing debris, and prepping the foundation.

For Bricklayers/Wall Specialists:

Install hardscape features using hand and power tools efficiently.

Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, front-end loaders, brick saws, tampers, and other tools.

Maintain equipment and ensure proper safety practices on the job site.

Job Requirements:

Essential For All Positions:

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation, Ability to Lift 50lbs or More, Desire to Improve, Work Safely, and Be Part of a Team

For Laborers (Entry-Level):

No prior experience required. Training provided to learn the trade and develop skills.

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.

For Bricklayers/Wall Specialists (1+ Year Experience):

At least 1 year of experience in bricklaying, retaining wall installation, or hardscaping.

Experience with equipment operation such as skid steers, mini-excavators, front-end loaders, brick saws, and other tools is preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed plans is a plus.

Experience with residential/commercial/MDOT projects is desirable.
