Overview

MHA in Ulster County, Inc. has a Full-Time position (37.5 hours per week) available as a Program Coordinator for the ACT Team. The ACT Program Coordinator provides reception and administrative support to the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT Team), which is a mobile multi-disciplinary team that provides intensive mental health treatment to 68 adults in Ulster County with a diagnosis of serious mental illness, and possible substance abuse problems.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

The starting hourly pay rate is $20.85.

Responsibilities

The Coordinator maintains all clinical records in accordance with necessary policies and procedures, and assists with accounting, billing, and record keeping for the program.

The Coordinator maintains statistical reports, data entry, and other necessary clerical duties required to support the team.

The Coordinator will be assisting in the coordination of managed care.

This person will participate in various aspects of team meetings and other related programmatic responsibilities, including working within the community to advocate MHA services.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in a related discipline or High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years' experience working in related field.

Knowledge of computers, accounting, and basic office duties are a necessity.

Knowledge of or experience working with Adults with Mental Health challenges preferred but not required.

A clean, valid NYS driver's license and 3 years of driving experience is required.
