Job Title: Sales Representative

Overview:

Mendez Landscaping Development Corp is a specialized site development company focused on high-impact services like grading, drainage systems, excavation, hardscaping, and land contouring. We work with residential and commercial clients to solve complex land and water management challengesno lawn care, just real ground-shaping work.

Were looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Representative to help grow our client base. In this role, youll visit properties, assess land and water issues, and close jobs that directly improve the safety, function, and appearance of our clients outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet company growth targets

Conduct site visits to identify client needs in grading, drainage, excavation, and hardscaping

Generate leads through field outreach, referrals, and marketing-supported campaigns

Create and present professional proposals that align with client goals and site conditions

Educate clients on land development processes and value-driven solutions

Use CRM software (e.g. Jobber, Salesforce) to track leads and manage communications

Coordinate with project managers and field crews for smooth execution of jobs

Attend sales meetings, trainings, and company development sessions

Able to meet with clients via virtual meetings and in person.

What Were Looking For

Experience in outside sales, especially in construction, landscaping development, or property services

Strong communication and consultative selling skills

Knowledge of or interest in drainage systems, grading, and construction principles

Someone who is comfortable using a computer to create and present virtual estimates

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

CRM experience (Jobber, Salesforce, etc.) preferred

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

Spanish-English bilingual is a plus
