Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at Meeker Equipment Company, Inc. The Controller will manage and oversee the financial operations for two locations; one in Belleville, PA and one in Columbus, OH. This will include preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Other responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing financial analysis, and implementing internal controls. The Controller will work closely with the management team to support financial decision-making and strategy.

Qualifications

Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting

Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management

Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Internal Controls

Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Management Systems

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CMA certification preferred

Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be willing/able to travel between PA and OH plants

Must be able to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time

Must be able to work well with a wide variety of people with different backgrounds, education levels, and intelligence

Must be able to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
