We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support patient communications, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, and organization.

Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, staff shifts, and provider availability.

Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a seamless patient check-in and check-out process.

Maintain office supplies, inventory, and medical equipment in coordination with vendors.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

Patient Relations & Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, texts, and emails from patients.

Address patient inquiries regarding services, membership plans, pricing, and scheduling.

Facilitate new patient onboarding and maintain accurate patient records.

Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Team Coordination & Support:

Assist with onboarding and training new staff members.

Foster a positive work culture and ensure team collaboration.

Conduct weekly team meetings to align goals and improve patient care.

WAGE: $18 - $28 per hr. DOE and skills

REQUIREMENTS:

o Medical Assistant Certification

o Experience in medical office management, front desk administration, or healthcare coordination.

o Competency in basic computer skills

o Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations efficiently.

o Excellent communication and customer service skills.

o Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software.

o Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion (HIPAA compliance knowledge preferred).

o Leadership skills to support staff and maintain a positive work environment.

o Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

PREFERRED:

o LPN or RN License

o Associate's degree or higher

o Clinical knowledge to support patient care and assist with medical procedures as needed.

o Ability to triage patient concerns and provide appropriate clinical guidance.

o Familiarity with medication management.

o Proficient in taking vital signs and preparing patients for treatments.

o Ability to assist with injections and lab draws (if within scope of licensure).

o Understanding of HIPAA and medical documentation standards.

o Comfortable educating patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions.

o Strong communication skills to bridge clinical and administrative operations.

o Ability to support clinical staff and step in as needed to maintain smooth patient flow.
