Mechanical & Ceramic Solutions is a leader in abrasion resistant fabrications and coatings including ceramics, hardened steel, chromium carbide overlay, tungsten carbide, plastics, rubber and wear compounds. MCS is a turnkey fabricator taking projects from new design thru fabrication and installation.

MCS is looking for a highly motivated sales and relationship-driven individual in Carnegie, PA to help grow our business. The candidate is responsible for developing prospective customers, growing sales and supporting the field sales team with share growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand complex customer needs and align them with MCS products and materials.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive insights into how MCS products and services can help to solve specific customer challenges.

Guide prospects through sales, addressing objections, and collaborating with technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions.

Provide ideas to attract new customers and expand existing areas.

Follow up on leads and referrals, assessing and qualify them as sales opportunities.

Develop MCS product knowledge to share with customers and respond to their questions.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with MCS products and services.

Attend sales meetings to understand company strategies and provide insight.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-5 years sales experience

Self-starter and highly motivated

Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills

High attention to detail required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape/campaigns, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.

This is a remote hybrid position. MCS offers competitive pay, benefits after 90 days, paid vacation and 401k after 1 year.
