Meadow Springs Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) in Richland, WA is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our pastor and help manage the front office. Your Role

[Manage the church office by answering phones, welcoming guests, record-keeping, calendar scheduling, mail distribution, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.) ]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Coordinate regular communications and print publications (newsletters, mailings, worship bulletins, backup for website/social media updates, etc.) ]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Provide administrative support to the pastor and, under the pastor's supervision, to staff and ministry teams/leads ]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Assist with weekly worship preparations including bulletins and Sunday worship slides.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Recruit and oversee office volunteers as needed ]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
