Duties:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager looking to join our new location in DeWitt, NE. Seeking a candidate who is a critical thinker, leads by example, enthusiastic, dependable, strong communicator, flexible, and well organized to understand the in-depth organizational needs of our warehouses.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for handling all aspects of inventory management, inbound/outbound shipments, team management, and warehouse organization. The Warehouse Manager maintains an efficient flow of operations from products entering the warehouse to being shipped to our customers.

These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain seamless operational flow from products coming into the warehouse, being properly entered into inventory, and being shipped out correctly to our customers.

Ensure inventory is updated immediately and correctly maintained at all times.

Perform cycle counts daily.

Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.

Use software to efficiently pick and pack orders.

Provide daily reports on all orders that are being processed at the warehouse.

Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.

Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

Train team members to ensure they can effectively and efficiently complete all daily tasks.

Ensure warehouse is kept clean and safe.

Other duties as assigned.

Job minimum requirements:

College degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Must have 5 plus years of management experience.

Must have experience in inbound/outbound shipping and inventory management.

Analytical skills for effective problem solving.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized fashion.

Must have careful attention to details.

Ability to perform in a team environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, WMS, and TMS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.

An analytical mind with strong math skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
