Inspect,

repair,

install

and

modify

aircraft

airframes,

engines,

mechanical

and hydraulic systems, flight controls, fuel and pneumatic systems to ensure structural and mechanical integrity meets required standards

With minimal supervision, and oftentimes working independently, complete service and repair tasks ranging from the basic to complex, including but not limited to:

Troubleshooting of aircraft airframe and engines, mechanical and hydraulic systems to identify problems, adjust and repair systems as per technical drawings, manuals, established procedures and specifications certified by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)

Disassembling of

aircraft

airframes,

engines

and

other

aircraft

systems

for

inspection, repair, overhaul and cleaning to be reassembled

Painting

aircraft airframe and smaller components

Disassembling of

sheet

metal

and

parts,

de-riveting

and

reinstallation

parts

Installation, modification and repair of aircraft electrical systems which includes rewiring and grounding

Installation of aircraft instruments and engine monitoring gauges and systems

Maintenance and installation of aircraft spraying mechanisms

Mixing and loading chemicals and fertilizer for aircraft

Diagnose, inspect,

repair,

install

and

modify

vehicles, trucks and farming equipment,

engines,

mechanical

components, hydraulic systems and fuel systems

Maintain work site, equipment, buildings and fences including all electrical systems

Operate the unloading equipment on large trucks to move fertilizer and move the trucks inside the lot

Maintain a safe, drug and alcohol free work environment
