About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our personal injury law firm. While no legal background is required, the ideal candidate will have a calm, clear communication style and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

Answer and direct incoming calls with a calm, clear voice

Manage the front desk, including mail, deliveries, and scheduling

Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Handle data entry, scanning, and filing of documents

Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination

Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure

Strong multitasking and time management abilities

A team player who's eager to help wherever needed

Proficiency with basic office software (Outlook, Word, etc.)

Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Bonus Points

Bilingual skills

Experience in a fast-paced office environment

Familiarity with legal or medical terminology (not required)

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
