McCartney's RV Repair Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks, basic accounting or bookkeeping skills, and strong customer service abilities. This role helps keep the office organized, processes paperwork, and supports the repair shop with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist walk-in customers

. Enter invoices, payments, and expenses into QuickBooks

. Perform basic accounting tasks such as billing, receipt tracking, and preparing deposits

. Maintain organized digital and paper records

. Coordinate parts orders, vendor communication, and inventory tracking

. General office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies

Qualifications

. Experience with QuickBooks (required or strongly preferred)

. Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge

. Strong customer service skills

. Organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently

. Accurate data entry and attention to detail

. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) helpful

. High school diploma or equivalent

. Day shift

. Competitive pay based on experience

. Full-time - 8am to 4pm
