As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products.

Handle and move items up to 40 lbs.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment operation.

Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality control, and operational procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.

Experience operating forklifts is a plus.

Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
