We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Experienced Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to complete various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role within our construction teams on-site.

Responsibilities

Be able to preform various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing, foundation work, roofing, siding and finish work.

Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.

Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored safely and securely.

Operate hand tools and power tools.

Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Perform labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Five years previous experience in construction fields is required.

Ability to read construction plans.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Ability to work on roofs and heights above 10 feet comfortably.

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a must.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople.

A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle is required for transportation to job sites.
