Licensed Physical Therapist (1099 Contractor - Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team serving patients in the Fort Worth, Dallas, TX area. This is a 1099 contractor position with opportunities for both full-time and part-time. Full-time contractors may be eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in home health or outpatient settings.

Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Document patient progress in compliance with state and agency standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications:

Active Texas license as a Physical Therapist (PT).

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

CPR certification required.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience with Kinnser, or similar EMR platformsis a plus.

New graduates with licensure are welcome to apply.

Schedule and Location:

Flexible scheduling available: Full-time (30+ hours/week) or Part-time/PRN (as needed).

Service area: Fort Worth,Dallas, TX and surrounding communities.

In-person visits required; remote documentation may be permitted.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive per-visit or hourly rate based on experience.

Contractor status (1099).

Benefits (Medical, PTO, 401k) available only for full-time therapists.
