You'll be a key player in our customer experience team, helping resolve issues, manage accounts, and keep everything running on schedule. Your day-to-day will include:

Communicating directly with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues

Managing detailed service notes and account records

Maintaining and updating daily, weekly, and monthly spreadsheets

Answering customer calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude

Partnering with internal departments to solve service-related issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction by following through with thoughtful, effective resolutions

High school diploma required

Strong experience in customer service or administrative support

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Strong multitasking
