Duties:

Manage activities to promote sales of the company's factory automation solutions, such as advanced cell tracking system, electric actuator, linear motion system, industrial robots, and other essential systems, to secondary battery cell manufacturers in the North American market;

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and market share goals in the North American market, leveraging in-depth industry knowledge of battery cell manufacturing processes, from assembly through quality control;

Identify and target new business opportunities, leveraging market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs;

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective negotiation and contract management;

Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points to deliver targeted factory automation solutions to corporate customers;

Analyze marketing information to ensure the products are competitive in technology and price and report to the Headquarters in South Korea to determine pricing schedule and discount rate;

Collaborate with engineering teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients;

Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction, promote upsell opportunities, and address concerns;

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's factory automation systems for the secondary battery cell manufacturing, including advanced cell tracking system, electric actuator, linear motion system, industrial robots, and other essential systems;

Coordinate communications between the headquarters in South Korea and the U.S. subsidiary regarding order status and deliveries of the company products and services to customers;

Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management in the headquarters in South Korea;

Resolve customer issues, concerns, and service requests to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction;

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling automation solutions that enhance customer efficiency;

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to increase brand visibility and promote product adoption;

Achieve sales goals while maintaining or exceeding company profit target; and

Perform related sales management duties as required.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience as Sales Manager in the factory automation and robotics industry.
