Assist in designing and developing landscape design of various scales and @types, from schematic design through construction administration phases.

Gather information and conduct site research. Analyze site data, including location,

topography, and structures, to integrate existing land features into designs.

Conduct site investigations and inventory assessments.

Produce graphic representations, renderings, and presentation materials.

Prepare digital 3D models and renderings.

Prepare design documents, including conceptual and schematic designs, design

development, and construction documents.

Assist with cost estimates.

Develop planting plans

Manage and organize project progress.

Oversee landscape work and provide guidance to contractors.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal team members

Participate in client meetings and public presentations.

Engage in community or stakeholder engagement for public landscape projects.

Identify and select appropriate sustainable materials and native plants for landscape designs.

Integrate green features and ecological solutions into designs.

Utilize AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, Newforma

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design + 24 months exp in the job offer or any related experience in landscape design occupations.
