Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities.

Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance in tasks such as tile laying, glass installation, demolition and masonry work.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.

Collaborate with project manager and supervisor on various projects to ensure timely completion.

Engage in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors.

Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated candidates.

Familiarity with tile laying, glass installation, masonry techniques, concrete forming, carpentry skills, roofing tasks, schematics interpretation, hardscape installation, or general building practices is a plus.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed throughout the workday.
