Marathon is seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers!

This role involves working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, and performing a variety of tasks to assist in the production and distribution of high-quality wood products.

Help build shipping products for a local manufacturer. Minimal experience needed!

Responsibilities:

Operate basic machinery and equipment used in wood production and manufacturing.

Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and other items.

Assist with cutting, assembling, and packaging wood products.

Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.

Assist with other duties as assigned, including general maintenance, debris removal, and cleanup.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required.

Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.

Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
