A little bit about us

We are a family owned and operated business. Our Dad started the business in 1978, working out of our childhood home. He grew his business by being fair to his customers and providing good customer service at fair prices. After his passing 5 years ago, his family took over the business and continue to honor the practices he established. We tow for all three local law enforcement agencies, various auto dealerships, and roadside assistance companies, along with customers in need of towing and/or auto repair. We provide towing primarily in Delaware and surrounding counties, but occasionally tow across state lines.

Tow Truck Operator Job Description & Responsibilities

Primary duties will revolve around assisting disabled motorists with services such as changing their tires or transporting them to a garage or towing cars from the scene of an accident or breakdown. Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers is essential along with managing your time well while on the road. This position requires some nights, weekends and holidays. (Holidays are paid at a higher rate.)

Tow Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities

?[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Respond quickly to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents. Drivers must be at the scene of a law enforcement accident/impound within 20-25 minutes.

?[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Perform basic repairs, such as tire change or jump start, or tow vehicle to a garage

?[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Safely load cars onto the truck, taking care to not damage the customer's vehicle or tow truck.
