About the Role

Our client is a recognized industry leader in the aerospace and defense sector, manufacturing critical systems and assemblies where precision, safety, and performance are non-negotiable. We are currently hiring skilled Production Assemblers to join their high-performance team in Williamsport, PA.

This role is ideal for experienced manufacturing professionals who are detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and thrive in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform precision assembly of electronic and mechanical components, including sub-assemblies and final builds on printed circuit boards.

Interpret and execute detailed production documentation, blueprints, and schematics.

Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure strict adherence to product specifications and industry standards.

Utilize hand and power tools with a high degree of accuracy and safety.

Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you bring:

High school diploma or GED (required).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production.

Proficiency in using hand/power tools and reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving, basic math, and critical thinking skills.

Comfort using computers to access assembly instructions and log production data.

Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

Ability to pass a background check.
