Part-time, 20 hours/weekMonday-Friday daytime hours

This position is responsible for work assigned by the Director of Provider Services:

Supports the Director of Provider Services with assigned projects and priorities.

May coordinate meetings, recruitment activities, and provider hiring communications.

May coordinate provider-related student learning experiences, including rotations and shadowing.

Supports provider review processes and other special projects as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

5+ years experience in an administrative environment or working with management level staff

Exceptional organization and communication skills

Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience Preferred:

Knowledge of medical terminology

Employment is contingent on drug screening, health assessment and background check.

Benefits & Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $20.80-$35.95 initial pay based on relevant work experience and certification.

Our clinic environment offers primarily daytime, weekday schedules, helping employees maintain consistency in their daily routines. All employees scheduled 40-59 hours per pay period are eligible for the following benefits:
