We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services

Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently

Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Collaborate with insurance agents to ensure customer satisfaction

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues

Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
