Are you looking for a hands-on, physically active job in the marine industry? We are seeking a reliable and hardworkingBoatyard Yard Crew Memberto join our team! This role is essential in keeping our boatyard running smoothly; assisting with vessel handling, maintenance, and general yard operations.

Responsibilities:

Haul, launch, block, and move boats using boatyard equipment

Pressure wash and clean hulls for maintenance and repairs

Assist with bottom painting, sanding, and basic boat maintenance

Maintain a clean and organized boatyard and work area

Assist technicians and craftsmen as needed in various boat repair

and maintenance tasks

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for equipment use and

boat handling

Qualifications:

Friendly, courteous customer service

Good listening and communication skills

Experience working in a boatyard or marine environment (preferred,

but not required)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, bending, and

standing for long periods, climbing ladders

Attention to OSHA safety protocols

Basic knowledge of boat handling and marine maintenance (a plus)

Willingness to learn and take direction

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
