Crew Leader Landscape Laborer -- Starting at $25+/hr (Based on Experience) Warminster, PA

Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team serving Bucks County and Montgomery County.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead a crew, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality work on every job site.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily job sites

Oversee project execution, quality, and efficiency

Perform and supervise excavation and site preparation

Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and mini excavators

Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites

Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

Train and guide crew members to maintain high performance

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in landscaping, excavation, or related field

Valid driver's license required

Experience driving trucks and trailers

Strong experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar)

Leadership experience or ability to manage a crew

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Must be able to work some weekends

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
