This role is responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue goals and optimize sales performance. The role involves applying financial knowledge, mathematical modeling, and data analysis skills to make strategic decisions that maximize revenues, profits, and sales force effectiveness. The detailed job duties include: Duties/Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Use Advanced Excel and Python for data collection and cleaning through Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).

Validate data via correlation analysis, logistic regression, and decision tree models.

Perform root cause analysis to identify key drivers of operational variance and performance.

Financial and Operational Metrics:

Develop key operational and financial metrics to evaluate performance across supply chain, inventory, sales, and marketing.

Prepare and manage budgets aligned with revenue targets and growth plans, ensuring expenditures demonstrate positive ROI.

Sales and Market Strategy:

Tailor marketing and sales strategies to customer segments using regression and correlation analysis.

Optimize sales territories and quotas based on geographic revenue potential and customer density.

Develop and refine sales strategies using data analysis, market conditions, and pipeline analytics.

Pricing and Profitability:

Conduct price optimization analysis and leverage pricing models like cost-plus, value-based, and dynamic pricing.

Analyze past discounting strategies and test pricing scenarios to maximize profitability.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

Monitor inventory levels, determine quality control for shipments, and schedule logistics.

Use forecasting techniques to optimize inventory and minimize costs related to stockouts.

Performance Evaluation and Reporting:

Analyze sales statistics and key performance indicators like revenue growth and sales cycle reduction.

Prepare quarterly sales reports and present findings to senior leadership for strategic decision making.

Team and Customer Relationship Management:

Train and manage sales staff, schedule weekly team meetings, and set sales goals.

Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers, resolving complaints and ensuring effective service.

Collaboration and Compliance:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, accounting, and logistics to streamline operations.

Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies, overseeing clerical tasks and record-keeping.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, marketing, statistics, or closely related field of study

Experience:

Three (3) years of experience in operations through working in occupations related to finance, mathematics, accounting, marketing, statistics, or closely related fields, specifically:

Three (3) years of experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, including budgeting and market trend prediction.

Three (3) years of experience in simulation and optimization techniques, with strong technical skills in SQL, Big Data, data mining, and statistical programming.

Three (3) years of experience in applying financial theory, probability, economics, and project valuation methodologies.

Three (3) years of experience in using data analysis and visualization skills to derive insights from sales reports, KPI dashboards, funnel metrics, win/loss ratios, customer lifetime value, etc.
