Summary:

Supports and drives high levels of customer satisfaction for assigned accounts by providing excellent, prompt, and courteous support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Sales Representative to quote products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Work with customers to forecast parts based on historical usage and knowledge of customers' production plans.

Respond to customers' quality and engineering requests and provide feedback through coordination with supervisor and the company quality and engineering teams.

Manage and enter sales orders and quotes into the company ERP system.
