Lott Builders LLC is a residential construction company located in Alma Michigan. We are a local business founded in 2001 and continue to be a trusted company specializing in custom-built homes, and all phases of residential construction.

We are currently looking for an experienced, hard working individul to join our team.

Must have 3 years minimum experience as a general laborer in residential construction.

Salary: Starts at $17/hr (based on experience)

Job duties:

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, able to follow instructions, and be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.

Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Load and unload materials and equipment

Assist with construction, maintenance, or other projects

Operate hand and power tools as required

Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

3-year minimum residential construction experience required

Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

Ability to work in all weather

Must have your own transportation and be able to get to/from job sites (local area)

Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age

Ability to follow directions

Self-motivated/Proactive

Punctual and reliable
