We are seeking an ambitious and outgoing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This current position will likely be 3 shifts a week. Mostly closing shifts.

Role Overview:

Lead and inspire the restaurant and bar team during your shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.

Manage guest relations with a positive, approachable demeanor, resolving conflicts professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen, bar staff, and management to uphold seamless operations.

Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.

Handle inventory controls, cash management, and daily reporting duties.

Support promotional events and contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance guest engagement.

Minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant and bar setting.

Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments effectively.

Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
