Job Title: Tow Operator (2 Positions)

Location: Lone Star Recovery and Towing, LLC Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500 per week Education Requirements: None Schedule: Rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary:

We are seeking Tow Operators to join our team. This role involves responding promptly to dispatch calls, securing and towing vehicles safely to designated locations, and providing basic roadside assistance as needed.

Ideal candidates are reliable, drug-free, and possess a clean driving and background record. Experience with wheel lift and rollback tow trucks is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to towing and roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner

Operate wheel lift and/or rollback tow trucks to transport vehicles safely

Secure vehicles properly before towing

Provide basic roadside services (e.g., tire changes, jump-starts, lockouts)

Maintain accurate service records and comply with company procedures

Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must pass background check and drug screening

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous tow truck operation experience (wheel lift and rollback) is a plus
