International IT Services Specialist, Americas at Lombard Odier Asset Management USA CORP (New York, NY) Responsible for providing IT infrastructure support to Lombard Odier branches throughout the Americas, remotely supervising the infrastructure as well as any subcontractor installing, maintaining, and/or repairing IT equipment, and providing adequate IT support to end-users in Lombard Odier's offices worldwide. Daily job duties include: Coordinate and actively participate in any office opening/demobilization project within the geographical zone; Manage and maintain the network infrastructure under the supervision of the Network Team (SD-WAN, SD-Access, wireless infrastructure) and troubleshoot network issues (2nd level); Maintain and update the network diagram in collaboration with the network team; Manage and maintain the systems infrastructure together with the Systems Team (ESX); Manage and maintain the printing infrastructure; Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows 11 (AD, UEM, SCCM), Office 365, Teams, Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android), Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop); Install laptops, desktops, servers, switches; Troubleshoot and replace laptops, desktops, and their components; Assist in the budget process and manage contracts and negotiations with local vendors; Oversee contractors' installation and maintenance of computer hardware during office moves; Advise users on relevant hardware and software usage; Provide support to the bank's Independent Asset Managers in the region; Create, update, and maintain documentation, wiki; Participate in the implementation and deployment of group projects; * Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and be a point of contact in case of BCP invocation. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Information Technology, IT Management, a related field or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience installing and maintaining computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, and servers, and peripheral infrastructure including printers and network devices in high-volume office settings. In the alternative, the employer will accept 8 years of progressively responsible experience installing and maintaining computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, and servers, and peripheral infrastructure including printers and network devices in high-volume office settings. 1. 2 years of experience as International IT Services Specialist or related IT role. 2. 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows-based computer systems in enterprise IT infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365. 3. 5 years of experience supporting TCP/IP networking infrastructure and troubleshooting OSI model layers in enterprise environments. 4. 5 years of experience working with Apple iOS and Android mobile device platforms. 5. 5 years of experience managing network infrastructure including SD-WAN, wireless, switches and troubleshooting network issues at the second level in corporate office infrastructures. 6. 5 years of experience maintaining technical documentation, supporting office setups and relocations, and liaising with vendors and contractors. Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days/week. Travel to Bermuda, Bahamas, Geneva and Brazil required one time per annum more if necessary in the event of an emergency.
