Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Duties

Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and managing accounts.

Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the integrity of cash balances.

Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.

Utilize accounting software, such as Sage, to streamline bookkeeping processes.

Assist in technical accounting tasks and provide support for public accounting audits as needed.

Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

Proven experience in corporate accounting or bookkeeping roles.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts.

Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage or similar platforms.

Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
