Open Job Title: Construction Coordinator/Dispatcher: Dispatcher will coordinate the construction and service of above ground pools, ensuring that all schedules are followed efficiently, while maintaining strong communication skills to customers and crews. Candidate will also work with Spa Service Manager to coordinate construction crews to execute pre-scheduled Hot Tub Deliveries, as needed.

Job Duties:

Read and understand submitted Contracts/Work Orders

Ensure pools and hot tubs are delivered per plans

Efficiently manage employee hours and scheduling

Record daily log of each job site visited with progress photos

Delegate and track all duties for field laborers/service techs

Ensure job-site safety and codes are being met for all jobs

Quote pricing for job service estimates/change orders and provide sign off from customers (as needed)

Assist with Pick Tickets with Warehouse Team and perform hands on work from time to time (as needed)

Load, unload product deliveries, pick up and deliver materials, if necessary

Collect payments as per contract from clients (as needed)

Attend weekly company L10 meetings prepared to review progress with Head Construction Manager

Communicate with customers on job progression, delays, weather changes, etc.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid drivers license

Must be reliable and dependable

Must have excellent verbal and communication skills

Must be able to take photos, use email, text and basic computer knowledge

Basic hand tools and toolbox (preferred)

Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions (as needed)

Work well under pressure especially when faced with unexpected delays and/or weather related challenges

Ability to effectively multitask and stay organized throughout each project
