We believe in rewarding our drivers for their hard work and commitment. Our OTR drivers earn an average of $1,000 to $1,500 per week. Compensation is structured at 30% of the gross load (minus FSC), ensuring that your paycheck directly reflects your productivity. With an average of 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week, you will have the consistent work needed to reach your financial goals.

The Lifestyle: Balance and Adventure

This position is designed for the professional who enjoys the open road. Our schedule requires drivers to stay out for 21 days at a time, followed by 3 nights at home to recharge. It is the perfect balance for those who love the lifestyle of long-haul trucking while maintaining a reliable routine. You will be operating 53' dry van trailers, focusing on efficient, steady freight movement.

Requirements for Success

To ensure the safety and excellence of our team, we are looking for experienced professionals who meet the following criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Class A Truck Driving experience.

Age: Must be at least 23 years old.

Safety Record:

No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years.

No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents.

No excessive speeding (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years.
