Job Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate children's physical abilities, including strength,

mobility, and coordination.

Develop individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills and movement.

Implement therapeutic exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and

balance. Work on mobility goals, such as walking, crawling, or using assistive devices.

Collaborate with families, caregivers and other specialists to integrate

therapy into daily activities.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Provide education and training on home exercises and strategies to parents

and caregivers.

Qualifications:

Current and valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy

Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to licensure

requirements
