Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location of Employment: 73 Wood Road, Snowmass Village, CO, 81615 (Pitkin County)

Multiple Worksites: All worksites located in Snowmass Village in Pitkin County Colorado. Job is located in

Snowmass Village, Colorado and is performed in multiple sites: Sake Snowmass, Slice of Italy, State 38

restaurants. Travel will be required between the 4 restaurant locations in Snowmass. Employer will

provide all required transportation.

Position Duties: Manage food service operations and directly supervise and coordinate activities

of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.

General Accountabilities:

? Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality

standards and service.

? Perform Various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation,

and payroll.

? Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.

? Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and

conformance to standards. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and

wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.

? Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance

in order to increase quality and enhance job safety.

? Develop departmental, budgets, policies, procedures and strategies.

Six (6) months experience required.

Rate of Pay: $26.99/hour + DOE (The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined

by the US Dept of Labor.)

Hours per Week: 40 (OT is possible, to be paid at $40.49/hour + DOE)

Start Date: 10/01/2026

End Date: 04/30/2027

Work hours: 10AM -- 8PM. Alternate Shifts. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday

through Sunday, including holidays. Days off may vary.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid every two weeks by check.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

No min education or training is required. On-the-job training is provided.

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be

provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes half

the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment

period or is dismissed early by the employer. In other words, if the worker completes 50% of the work

contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place

of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll. Upon completion of the work contract

period, or where the employee is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker

reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally

departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another

employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical

and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of

$16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to

offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total

employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing,

border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport

fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to

perform the job.
