PART-TIME School-based Administrative Assistant

16 hours per week

7:30am -- 11:30am, Monday - Thursday

Pay Range: $17-$21.32 an hour.

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has a part-time, school-based Administrative Assistant position available in our Paint Creek Academy, non-public charter school located in Bainbridge, Oh. This is a contract-position with a work schedule that aligns with our school schedule and will perform a wide range of office support and administrative duties as needed and report directly to the principal of Paint Creek Academy.

Essential Functions:

Requesting and processing student records (sending record requests, pulling records and sending them to students who have left already)

Filing paper and digital records

Completing letters and forms

Compiling data

Organizing records

Assist with proctor assessments

Cleaning and organization of school supplies

Prepare orders for special event

Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access)

Ability to learn new software and computer systems.

Organizational Skills

Written and verbal communication skills

G.E.D. Or high school diploma
