We're hiring a motivated Pipelayer to work on underground utility projects, including sewer, water, and drainage systems. Whether you're starting out or bringing years of experience, we offer on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and seeing visible results at the end of each day-this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Install underground utilities: sewer, water, storm, and conduit lines.

Operate and assist with equipment such as loaders, trenchers, and excavators.

Use pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment and placement.

Perform basic concrete forming and finishing tasks.

Work closely with crew members to maintain a safe and productive job site.

Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Willingness to learn-experience is a plus but not required!

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with heavy equipment operation in utility installation.

Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Familiarity with pipe lasers and concrete work.

Welding experience or pipeline installation background is a bonus.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift 50 to 75 lbs.

Perform repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or steps.

Sit or stand for extended periods and walk on uneven ground.

Work safely in various weather conditions, noisy environments, and around vibrations.

Continuous use of hand tools and fine manipulation.
