Main duties include:

Perform general building maintenance and repair, including renovations and upgrades of company properties.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems, including demolition, waterproofing, insulation, and metal work.

Perform masonry and concrete work, including laying foundations, blocks, paving stones, and construction of terraces and walls.

Install and repair doors, windows, ceilings, floors, tiles, laminate, and other finishing work.

Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems within scope of training.

Weld and assemble metal structures for construction and repair projects.

Safely operate hand and power tools, construction equipment, and lifting devices.

Special requirements:

At least two (2) years of full-time experience in building maintenance, construction, or trades work.

Completion of 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety Training; Valid Scaffolding Safety Training Certificate from an OSHA-authorized provider.

Proven ability to read blueprints; proficiency in masonry, carpentry, roofing, metalwork, renovation, and use of hand/power tools; ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, driving) and travel locally between sites.

The employee will travel 95% of the work time to various unanticipated employer-owned worksites in Monroe County, PA.
