System designs.

Produce detailed design drawings to customer specification.

Design, write, and troubleshoot PLC code for AB, Mitsubishi, and Siemens PLC, Fanuc, ABB, URS, as well as Linear Motion Controllers Design and program HMI screens from a variety of manufacturers.

Work within a specified design schedule.

Troubleshoot equipment. This may be at assembly, or in the field.

Records test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or test method. Write technical materials, such as equipment manuals and operator and maintenance instructions.

Estimate and forecast information related to machine costing for a given project.

Perform first class installation of equipment at customer's site, including mechanical assembly,

Circuit wiring and startup troubleshooting Installation of retrofit kits and upgrades to existing equipment in the field

Train customer personnel on proper operation and repair of supplied equipment

Continuous development and improvement of product knowledge both mechanically and electrically

Listen to customer requests or concerns. Institute the proper procedure to resolve issues

Interact with sales and customer to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction Must be flexible with coverage in a 24x7 environment

Continuous overnight travel with up to 90% travel required.
