Position Summary As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support services to clients in their homes. Youllhelp clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable livingenvironment. You will play a key role in improving the overall well-being and day-to-day life of theindividuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Provide mobility assistance and transfer support (bed, chair, walker, etc.)

Assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration)

Observe and report changes in the clients condition to the supervisor

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Follow the clients personalized care plan and company protocols

Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the care team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous caregiving experience (formal or informal) preferred

Must be compassionate, dependable, and have a genuine desire to help others

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must pass background check and drug screening

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred

CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Comfortable working in a variety of home environments
