Position Overview:

LarCare LLC is actively seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves delivering direct nursing care, support, and education to our elderly clients, while collaborating with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, monitor for side effects, and ensure proper documentation.

Patient Education: Educate and empower patients and their families on managing their health conditions, medications, and preventive care.

Clinical Skills: Perform various clinical tasks and procedures with accuracy and precision.

Communication: Maintain effective and empathetic communication with patients, families, and team members.

Documentation: Ensure all patient care activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.

Quality of Care: Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and patient care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in home health or geriatric care.

Strong clinical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
