JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2nd Shift General Labor - R-34889 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 2nd Shift General Labor Pay: \$22.75 per hour plus Shift Differential: \$1.00 per hour Shift & Working Hours: Monday-Friday; 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Weekends/Overtime as needed. In this role, you\'ll be a key member of our Land O\'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products.You\'ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from receiving and handling the raw materials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product.
