The essential job functions and responsibilities include the following:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture products that meet their needs and preferences

Provide customers with product information, features, and benefits, as well as pricing and payment options

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product releases

Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions to facilitate the buying process

Work with the management team to achieve sales targets and ensure the smooth operation of the store or showroom

Process sales transactions and discuss financing options

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the appearance of the store or showroom

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home dcor industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Fluency in Spanish is preferred
