Receptionist for a busy foot & ankle clinic:

We are looking to hire a full-time Receptionist in our Idaho Falls office. This position requires an individual who portrays a positive disposition, a great team player, highly self-motivated, organized, strong communication skills and reliable/punctual attendance. This position is crucial to the clinic and provider; reliability in this position is key. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Job Duties:

Greeting Patients and checking them in/out.

Answering phones & taking messages.

Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors.

Verifying benefits.

Collecting Co-Payments and other payments.

Communication with insurance companies, pharmacies and various other medical facilities.

Additional office duties and responsibilities as needed and required.

Job Requirements:

Medical Office Experience.

Training or experience with electronic health record (EHR), Knowledge of Mod Med is a plus.

EXCELLECT customer service skills.

Ability to work (M-F approximately 7:45 AM-5:30 PM)
