We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience with various warehouse equipment and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in materials handling.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment such as cherry pickers and clamp trucks for order picking and inventory management.

Build and assemble pallets for shipping, ensuring that all items are securely packaged.

Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.

Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required, maintaining a focus on safety protocols.

Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in the organization of the warehouse layout.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.

Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including cherry pickers and clamp trucks.

Strong understanding of order picking processes and materials handling techniques.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
