Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator at Kdmo will meticulously analyze project documents to prepare precise cost estimates, collaborating with stakeholders to gather bidding information and utilizing advanced software for detailed breakdowns. The Construction Estimator will analyze project budgets, help management negotiate bids, and engage with clients, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation. With expertise in accurately assessing project costs, streamlining planning processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance, the Construction Estimator will reinforce the company's commitment to excellence in every project from conception to completion.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to meticulously prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

Conduct in-depth cost analysis and value engineering exercises to help management identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards.

Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and adherence to project specifications.

Coordinate closely with project managers to monitor and analyze project progress, ensuring alignment with established budgets and schedules.

Prepare and present highly detailed estimates and bid proposals to clients, clearly outlining project scope, schedule, and budgetary considerations, as well as addressing any inquiries and ensuring alignment with their expectations.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for management, including detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and related records.

Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other financial documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
